In September 2013, De-Mail raised the roof at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport, and 30,000 fans joined the celebration.

For the launch of the De-Mail secure e-mail service, eastwestpromotion organized a 60-strong promotional team that was tasked with acquiring new customers and promoting the all-day De-Mail events featuring the house DJ and producer David Guetta and the German bands Die Fantastischen Vier and Frida Gold. Over a period of four weeks, our team distributed 360,000 flyers among passers-by, drawing the public’s attention to the De-Mail product throughout Berlin.

On the day of the campaign, eastwestpromotion supplied 14 VIP hostesses who were responsible exclusively for VIP accreditation and hosting.

Another 35 staff members assisted with visitor registration, admission control, and the merchandise stands.

In addition to this, eastwestpromotion was also responsible for the VIP shuttle service. Using a fleet of limousines, the event VIPs were chauffeured to destinations on the extensive event grounds and in Berlin.
